Another Singular Destination
How do you deal with the multi-directional tugging? How do you whittle your talents to form-fit your passions? And how you do mourn the dreams you leave behind?
I will deal with these concerns forever, and forever will I be grateful to have these concerns to deal with. I am blessed with the gift of having a multitude of interests and a multitude of skills, as I’m sure you are.
However, the sad and simple fact remains for us; we will always have more passion than realms of lucrative application. Does this matter? Can one pursue all passion and apply those that don’t generate money as hobbies? The answer is “probably” but then the questions change:
How do you pick the profitable passion? How do you push, with the same fervor, the money-maker and the pleasure-taker? And how do you mourn, not the road less traveled, but the way in which you travel each and every road?
These are the questions I seek answers to. These are some of the most important questions in life. I hope we figure it out before we die.
